GATE, CUET PG and NET mocks with a plan after each one
GATE (paper by paper), CUET PG, UGC NET and CSIR NET: each in its own pattern, with its own subjects.
These exams have very different subjects, so each paper has its own page and its own tests: choose your GATE paper or your NET subject on the exam’s page. Each test follows the latest official pattern; the questions are original, written for this site, and are not official papers.
After every test you see the topics that cost you the most marks and practise exactly those, then the next test shows whether they improved.
PG entrance exams
GATE mock tests
A 3-hour computer-based test for postgraduate engineering admissions and some PSU recruitment. This guide lists the CS, EC, EE, ME and CE papers; with practice tests for each of them.
CUET PG mock tests
Computer-based postgraduate entrance test: each question paper has 75 questions in 90 minutes, +4 for a right answer and −1 for a wrong one.
UGC NET mock tests
Eligibility test for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. admission: Paper 1 (50 questions) and one Paper 2 subject (100 questions) in a single 3-hour computer-based test, 2 marks each, no negative marking.
CSIR NET mock tests
Eligibility test for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. admission in five science subjects. One 3-hour computer-based paper of three parts, 200 marks, with negative marking that differs by part.
How it helps you improve
- Take a full test: Timed and marked like the real exam.
- See your analysis: Your score by section and topic, and the topics that cost you the most.
- Practise those topics: Short sets, with an explanation after every question.
- Take the next test: It shows whether your practice worked.
Questions and answers
Are these official GATE or NET papers?
No. The tests are original papers written for this site in the pattern of each exam’s latest official notice. They are practice, not official GATE or NET material.
Is there a test for my GATE paper?
Each GATE paper with tests on this site has its own page, listed on the GATE page. Papers without one yet show their pattern and marking.
What happens after I finish a test?
You see your score by section and by topic, every answer with its explanation, and the topics to practise first. The next test shows whether those topics improved.
Are the tests free?
Yes. The tests and the practice are free. A free account keeps your results, your weak topics and your plan.
